Shipping Policy
We use USPS for all our shipping and include a Tracking that will be included for US only in the email confirming your package has been delivered. For international packages, standard shipping will not include tracking, express shipping will have to selected when placing the order. Packages are shipped every Saturday for all order placed before Friday 11:59 pm EST. For international orders, Tints’n’Shades Creations is not responsible for any custom fees applicable. Please check your country specific regulations for any specific rules.Once the order is shipped we are not responsible for the delays caused by the carriers. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the address provided. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Return Policy
Tints’n’Shades Creations is dedicated to providing quality handmade jewelry. Every piece is very lovingly created, hand packaged ready for gifting. The colors in the picture may be slightly different than the actual piece which will be due to the variations in monitor setting. If your are unhappy with your purchase, we will try our best to resolve the issue. In the case that the issue cannot be resolved, refunds or store credit may be applied to returned items postmarked within 15 days from purchase date for domestic orders, and 30 days from purchase date for international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not
Please contact us, within the duration mentioned above for any exchange or return. Item must be returned in its original packaging and should unused with the purchase receipt, upon inspection, the refund will be initiated to the form of payment. Refund processing may take 7 to 10 days to process.
